The Megacenter laser marking system is a high performance, state-of-the-art, high-volume, industrial-grade manufacturing material processing system for fast, precise, and incredibly productive 3D laser marking and 3D engraving. It utilizes a proprietary Zero-Friction Direct Drive Motion System that can operate as a stand-alone system or easily integrate
into an I/O production line environment.The Megacenter creates all types of Direct Parts Marking (DPM); including UDI/UID barcodes, 3D barcodes, logos and engravings that are permanent, legible and non-removable across the largest range of materials – with special attention to highly-reflective metal applications. The Megacenter can handle larger parts and multiple parts marking with its large working surface.
The Megacenter is the only laser marking and engraving machine in the world that incorporates the exclusive Zero-Friction Direct Drive Motion System™, powerful fiber lasers and 42” by 42” working surface – for speed, precision, and flexibility.
The Megacenter operates as an FDA Certified stand-alone system or easily integrates into an I/O production line environment. Megacenter is a state-of-the-art industrial-grade high-volume manufacturing material processing machine designed to perform under high-vibration, shock and dust conditions. The MegaCenter™ includes proprietary FiberScan™ C3 Software.
