The TiTAN Series standard design was developed to ensure the most accurate cutting capabilities, while maintaining the industry’s most energy efficient footprint. It is engineered with a user-friendly natural G-Code CNC controls interface to ease transition from existing CNC machining systems for manufacturing plants first introducing laser systems into their processes.

Automation

Future Automation Ready
Automation ready option is required to integrate the laser machine into the FLEX LOAD systems. Electrical devices and wiring is prepared inside the laser machines control cabinet to enable digital input and output signal transfer to and from the loading and unloading system.

FLEX LOAD – Loader/Un-Loader-Vacuum
Allows “hands off” loading and unloading of the laser table. The system is configured to handle sheet sizes from 4’ x 4’ up to 5’ x 10’ and thickness from 0.030” up to 0.50”.

FLEX LOAD DUO – Loader/Un-Loader-Vacuum/Rakes
2 Table loader includes a rake for small parts handling. System allows faster throughput by positioning material in the laser working area while unloading onto a second table.
