Titan High-Powered Fiber Laser Cutting System

The newest edition to Laser Photonics’ product line is the Titan FLS 48. This system is Laser Photonics’ first multipurpose fiber laser cutting system with a single pallet shuttle table. It is equipped with a high-powered, energy efficient fiber laser and an advanced direct drive motion control platform.

The SBM 1200FL Laser Cutting and Engraving System combines flying optics with a precision Direct Drive motion system. This system provides highly accurate cutting, welding, engraving and marking solutions for multiple materials.

  • 4' x 4' cutting area
  • High Power Fiber laser with fiber beam delivery system
  • Fiber Laser Power up to 5000 Watt or sealed CO2 laser from 50 to 500 watt.
  • Direct drive motion means no belts, no rotary encoders, no gears, no wear, higher acceleration, higher cutting speed, and increased accuracy.
  • 12" clearance under the cutting head with 2" of Z-travel.
  • Purged gas: Nitrogen (N2) protects the cutting head optics
  • Sealed, high-quality linear bearings lubricated for life

The SBM 1200M Laser Cutting and Engraving System comes equipped with a CO2 laser combining flying optics with a precision Direct Drive motion system.

CO2 laser equipped system provides highly accurate cutting, welding, engraving and marking capabilities for multiple materials.

The FiberTower Series Fiber laser Marking and Engraving Systems has a very small footprint and compact height, programmable Z-axis and scan head controlled by the laser module itself. The light, compact systems are plug and play capable, can be carried by one person and do not require any installation.

The FiberTower systems are capable of meeting the most stringent Direct-Part-Marking and UID needs. Simply plug the compact system into any 110VAC outlet and you are in business producing high quality marks on production parts.

iSeries Fiber Laser Marking Kit

OEM Fiber Laser Marking Kit

The i-Series Fiber Laser was specifically designed for maintenance-free OEM applications and Integration into conveyer lines.

Fiber-to-fiber architecture means a robust, monolithic design with no optics to align or maintain, no mechanics to stabilize, and with the focusable power and high power densities needed for the most demanding applications.

Main Features:

  • State-of-the-art, Air-Cooled, Ytterbium Q-Switched Fiber Laser for marking on virtually any material (metals, plastics, ceramics; etc.)
  • This Marking Kit has two scanning heads working simultaneously
  • (master-slave configuration) which doubles the speed of the marking process. This could be very useful for marking a large quantity of parts with the same pattern.
  • Integrated Design with laser, laser control and power supplies in one box for each of the two scan heads
  • Designed for maintenance-free Direct Part Marking (DPM) applications
  • PC with user-friendly software supplied

The SBM2800 is a Large Format Laser Pattern Cutter for ship building, automotive and aerospace industries.

  • Extra large cutting area 127.5” x 192” (3048 x 5067 mm).
  • System is designed to cut Template Paper, Plywood, and Cypress Board at the same time on the same machine.
  • Automatic feeding and take-up function for paper rolls is optional.

CO2 Laser Marking Kit

The F: Series Superpulsed CO2 Marking Systems are small enough to mount easily on a bench or small machine tool for process development, yet powerful enough to cut, weld, scribe, or mark the most difficult materials.

  • Completely sealed; no gas connections required
  • Beam processes material equivalent to 90W laser but average power output is only 30W
  • Offers greatest flexibility to both end users and OEM system integrators
