System Description:

When equipped with a high power Fiber Laser the system can cut aluminum (or other aerospace grade) sheet metal components for aircraft and missile skins and deliver high throughput and unmatched accuracy in any area of a giant cutting table.

Cutting real size ship body components is obtainable using our multi kilowatt fiber laser.  When equipped with CO2 laser system can cut Template Paper (flat or rolled 120” wide), ¼” Plywood (4 x 8 ft), and Cypress Board (2” x 24” x 16’). Automatic feeding and take-up function for paper rolls is optional.This system will achieve a level of quality and detail that is unprecedented in the industry for large size laser cutting and engraving systems. It can cut/engrave stainless steel, mild steel, copper, brass, aluminum, leather, non transparent plastics, plaques, create stencils, and more. It has the most advanced cutting head with auto focus and can perform effective N2 or O2 gas-assisted cutting under pressures of up to 250 PSI. Ease of installation gives the system “plug-and-play” characteristics and a quick startup time.
