At the trade show, they will be showcasing their proprietary industrial-grade CleanTech™ laser featured in our enclosed Class 1 blaster cabinet. Our product line includes some of the world’s most powerful production of handheld laser cleaning system. Additionally, they will be presenting their MarkStar™ family of Handheld Engraving Systems. This piece of tech is the world’s only industrial-grade handheld MIL-STD-130 UID laser marking system on the market. This disruptive technology is changing the capabilities of traditional media blasting; while eliminating most risk factors that are being highly enforced by the FDA and OSHA. The applications and benefits of Cleantech™ Handheld systems are seen across a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, nuclear, defense, shipbuilding and maritime, and was adopted by our US Navy. Visitors will be able to view live demonstrations of laser marking applications and laser cleaning applications in our class 1 Blaster Cabinet of aerospace parts at Laser Photonics’ booth.

Laser Photonics VP of Sales and Marketing, Ashley Weis, will be participating in industry- exclusive panel discussion: Addressing the Challenges of Sustainable Aviation. Moderators includes Steve Haro, CEO , Airies Aerospace and with representative from Laser Photonics, Aircraft Recycling Industry, and Electric propulsion. “The aviation industry according to various estimates contributes between 2 and 3 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions. Without more sustainable technology solutions, emissions are projected to grow another 300% by 2050. So far most of the focus has been on Sustainable Air Fuels (SAF) as the primary way of reducing emissions. There is a myriad of other opportunities across the entire life-cycle of aircraft ownership that can contribute to accelerating the industry to what the entire world is not just expecting… but demanding of our industry. Shareholders across every aspect of aviation are putting more and more pressure on boards of airlines, lessors, MROs, and Financial institutions to establish and meet ever more stringent ESG goals. 1. Part Coding: parts and components can be laser marked for identification in maintenance, repairs, and replacement schedules and operation
2. Thruster cleaning: laser cleaning of engine thrusters, nozzles, and other high-temperature components to eliminate scaling and for maintenance purposes
3. Component Cutting: laser cutting of skins, fuel tank components and latches for manufacturing and maintenance purposes
4. ID & Service Markings: laser marking and laser engraving for permanent, non-removable identification marks on critical components for scheduled maintenances, ID traceability and replacements
5. Tile Identification Markings: High-temperature tile ID markings for maintenance services, replacements, repairs, and inspections.
6. De-Scaling: De-scaling of main rocket engine thrusters, stabilizing and directional nozzles, and exposed high-temperature components using laser cleaning
