Newly Redesigned Handheld Fiber Laser Marking System

New Lightweight & Portable Design

Laser Photonics, LLC introduces the newly redesigned 12/24 VDC Handheld Fiber Laser Marking System. This portable and lightweight marking system, with a scan head of 6.3 lbs, is ideal for marking large objects in the field. The Handheld features an air cooled, Ytterbium Q-switched Fiber Laser with up to 2mJ for marking on assorted materials. This system is designed for maintenance-free direct part marking applications and is capable of meeting UID requirements.

This next generation, Handheld Fiber Laser Marking System is more compact, lightweight and equipped with a handle for increased portability. This versatile system allows for easy maneuverability due to its lightweight design.  The lightweight design is attributed to the greatly reduced size of the scan head making it easier for operators to handle while maintaining the same performance quality. The Handheld comes equipped with a Digital Signal Interface to ensure stable performance in harsh industrial environments. It can also be customized to use a 12 or 24 VDC battery making it completely portable.

The system is ideal for marking large parts with 2D matrix codes, barcodes and UID marks on a variety of materials.   The Handheld is used in industries such as electronics, aerospace, defense, energy and component manufacturers as an essential part of everyday operations.

System Features Include:

  • 59mm, 100mm or 160mm F-Theta Lens
  • Remote Control Interface for Remote Diagnostic  & Support
  • 20-80Hz Operating Frequency (1.0mJ at 20kHz per pulse output)
  • 110 VAC Standard Plug or 12/24 Volts DC
  • No Alignment Required
  • Greater than 50,000 Hours Maintenance-Free Operation
  • Fiber Scan C3™  Marking Software
