SBM 1200™ - Fiber Laser Cutting & Engraving System

The SBM-1200 Multi-Purpose Fiber Laser Cutting and Engraving System is the first flat-bed multipurpose industrial fiber laser cutting system with 51” by 51” cutting area. It can be equipped with up to 3,000 watts of power. This is usually enough power for most light-industrial cutting applications.

This multi-purpose system combines a state-of-the-art drive-and-control technology along with the latest achievements in fiber lasers. It has a replaceable nesting basket and can perform effective N2 or O2 gas-assisted cutting under pressures of up to 200 psi. Ease of installation gives the system “plug-and-play” characteristics and a quick startup time.

The SBM 1200 can also be equipped with a CO2 Laser for specific lasing needs.
  • Flying Optics with sealed CO2 Laser; virtually no maintenance
  • CO2 Lasers with up to 2,000 watts of power can be installed on this highly configurable system
  • PC based controller (latest integration)
  • >20,000 MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) for CO2-equipped systems
