Laser Photonics LLC Expanding Worldwide Customer Service Locations
Laser Photonics LLC, a global leader in laser equipment and kits for marking and cutting applications, announced today the completion of its plan to expand its customer service worldwide. Due to the rapid growth of Laser Photonics and the rising demand for its standard product line around the globe, it was necessary to set up satellite customer service centers throughout the world. 
As of today, Laser Photonics is now represented in over ten countries including China, Mexico, Singapore, India and Turkey. “This expansion plan was started in late February and was completed earlier this month. It was a necessary step in order to give our customers and partners a quicker response time and the support they need” stated Rick Landeau, Customer Service Manager. These new locations will also give Laser Photonics a competitive advantage over smaller laser system manufacturers and have a direct impact on its already increasing sales.
Laser Photonics executives have already started on the second expansion plan which will include locations in at least 12 new countries. As manufacturing becomes more global, it is essential for manufacturers to be able to service existing equipment and reduce installation time. It is Laser Photonics ultimate goal to be able to install or service any of its equipment within 24 hours of the report.
