i-Series™ Fiber Laser Marking Kit

The i-Series Fiber Laser Marking Kit was specifically designed for maintenance-free OEM applications.

These compact service-free laser systems are designed to operate under high shock, vibration and dust conditions, with relatively high humidity and temperatures. They do not require routine replacement parts or materials; they require only a low voltage power source.

A minimal number of external connection cables makes this the easiest OEM package to integrate into customer equipment or conveyor lines. Fiber-to-fiber architecture means a robust, monolithic design with no optics to align or maintain, no mechanics to stabilize, and with the focusable power and high power densities needed for the most demanding applications.

Fiber Tower™ series is a new generation of Fiber Laser Material processing Systems for Direct Parts Marking, UID (Unique Identifier), and Deep Engraving.

The Fiber Tower™ Series equipment is safe, compact, and service-free, designed to meet individual marking needs with the ability to mark a wide variety of materials using many different techniques including Direct Parts Marking (DPM) of alphanumeric, logos, serial numbers, part numbers, lot and date codes, schematics, graphics, deep engraving and more.  It can be delivered as a stand-alone system that can be integrated into any production line or with full turnkey workstations.

SBM1200M™ Laser Cutting & Engraving System

The SBM-1200M Multi-Purpose Fiber Laser Cutting and Engraving System is the first flat-bed multipurpose industrial fiber laser cutting system with 51” by 51” cutting capabilities. With a fiber laser, it can be equipped with up to 3,000 watts of power. This is usually enough power for most light-industrial cutting applications.

This multipurpose system combines a state-of-the-art drive-and-control technology along with the latest achievements in fiber lasers. It has a replaceable nesting basket and can perform effective N2 or O2 gas-assisted cutting under pressures of up to 200 psi. Ease of installation gives the system “plug-and-play” characteristics and quick startup time.

 

New Handheld Laser Marking System

Introducing the industry’s first 12/24 volt hand held fiber laser marking system! It is an ideal system for:

  • Small weapon identification for such purposes as inventory and renewal
  • Handheld laser permanent marking on all stationary and removable items such as ships, missiles, airplanes, tanks, etc.
  • Service marks on Commercial airliners and non movable equipment within industrial, energy, power generation, gas and oil industries


The standard configurations of the handheld systems allow for many different options to meet any production need. This extremely versatile unit can be moved easily for convenient operation from any location and is capable of marking materials ranging in size from miniscule to considerably large equipment that would not fit into traditional marking systems. Additional features include ease of installation allowing for quick start-up and graphical-based programming for a minimal learning curve.
