Field Service Technician

Laser Photonics LLS is seeking a responsible and motivated technician to join our team.

• Setup/commission new laser systems at industrial settings in the USA.
• Educate end users on operation and routine maintenance.
• Recommend improvements and upgrades.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
• Interact with engineers to achieve design improvements.
• Interface with customers in conjunction with sales representatives to promote the company’s products and services.
• Where necessaary, perform calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Where necessary, troubleshoot and repair.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in laser hardware, software, lasers & electronics industries.
• Candidate must be an effective self-starter
• Ability to handle a range of technologies, working in conjunction with a variety of customers and colleagues.
• Have a good understanding of electronic and electrical principles as they relate to measuring and testing devices.
• Willing to travel.
