Electrical Assembly Personnel

We are currently recruiting for Electrical Assembly Personnel for our Lake Mary, FL assembly team. The assembly personnel performs electrical assembly on a variety of components and sub-assemblies. Also, to assist supervisor in diagnostic/problem solving of system components.

• Perform hand soldering per specifications on a variety of electrical components to meet drawing requirements.
• Perform assembly by following operation using variety test sheets to meet drawing requirements.
• Use basic hand tools, i.e. sockets, screwdriver, torque tools, wrenches, etc. to perform sub-assembly.
• Apply loctites, greases and epoxies to meet planning/drawing requirements
• Lay and lace wires on harness fixtures
• Cut, strip and tin wires using provided equipment
• Touch up circuit cards by reworking pinholes and voids
• Silkscreen circuit cards with epoxy ink to identify component reference
• Perform electrical testing of assemblies to meet planning and drawing requirements
• Learn to use system test equipment and test produces

• Working knowledge of Standard Manufacturing Instructions
• Able to comply with company policies and safety proceedures
• Ability to operate/use wire cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, torque tools, sockets, small tools (all kinds), soldering iron, solder pots, drills stencils, crimpers, automated test equipment, rivet machine, OHM meter, wire stripper, sleeve marking machine, sleeve cutting machine and degreaser.
• Previous experience (typically acquired with a minimum of two years experience) assembling electrical/mechanical components, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
• Highly motivated who works well with others.
