The urethane foam samples were cut using the 200 Watt SBM 1200 cutting system. Operating at 50 Watts, each foam sample was cut with a 1" x 1.5" box kiss cut and also cut through. The samples were cut at a speed of 300mm per second and were made in just one pass. The thicker foam sheets would benefit from a longer focal length lens then the 3.75" lens used for the application.
